Note of welcome
After being in the radio and communications business, I decided to spend some time in the real estate business.
It has been 10 years since I have been with Royal LePage Groupe Newton
and proud to be part of the Newton team totalling over ten decades
of real estate experience.
When you are in the house buying and selling business you develop a very good relationship with house sellers and house buyers. They all have their good moments, but they also have their frustrations, their disappointments, their doubts and their fears over buying or selling.
When I share those moments with others, I can’t avoid feeling concerned for them because I understand how the real estate system works and see first hand how it is affecting them.
As you might expect, every home seller I speak with has the same goal: Get the top price for their house in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of trouble.
And every house buyer has the same opposite goal: Get the best home at the best price.
